    As I mentioned above, I buy from two sources. The Amish market ($4.59/lb) or costco ($5.29/lb). At Costco, you have to ask in the meat section if there are any untrimmed briskets in the back.     My first butt!

    Looks great! I don't foil myself and I take to 200. I put an 8lb butt on last night and I expect of will be done at around 1pm. Last one I did looked like this. .. Congrats!
