Lorrie here from south Florida were we BBQ/Smoke year round. I've smoking on charcoal for a few years now but just bought the electric Masterbuilt elite Sunday and seasoned it and had our first batch of ribs and chicken for Labor day. Looking forward to learning a lot from the experts here!
