For something local. I like the Trader Joe’s Kansas City BBQ sauce a lot.
Used to like SBR and it used to be my favorite. But now days it’s too sweet for me.

Smoked up some Cajun chicken thighs. These are one of my favorites

I used it on pork and chicken as well with great results.
Works well for diner smoked salmon fillets too.
But I think I like it best for seasoning up shrimp and smoking them.
I did a 6.8lb shoulder yesterday that turned out well. Put it on a bun with some slaw, SBR golden mustard BBQ sauce.
Yours looks like it turned out well too.
Got a 3.5lb New York Roast on sale for a really good price. I've never smoked one up until now. Always wanted to. So today was the day.
First I made up a pink salt and pepper rub. Rubbed the roast and let it sit in the refrigerator for a little over 6hrs.
Fired up the camp chef 24" smoke...
Trail mix deffinaitly goes well with cold beer. I would eat it all the time, if it didn't cost so much.
I'll have to try making my own later this year. I already have the cheese part taken care of.

Not to long ago. I saw SBR sugar free BBQ sauce on the grocery store shelves.
Not sure if anyone here as tried it. I haven't, but know SBR original is very popular.
