    The belly has been sliced already. They packaged it like bacon, but didn't cure it.

    I'm new to the forum and new to getting whole hogs. Had a processing place do what I thought was uncured bacon, but ended up being just fresh pork side. I should have just taken the belly whole, but screwed up. What's my best option for turning this to Bacon or recipes? Thanks everyone.
