    Just did one today. About a 4lb flat in my MES. Put it on at 8am. Hit 200 at about 5pm.

    Tried my first brisket flat today that I got from Sam's club. Pretty much followed bearcarvers step by step to the t. Had a rub the mrs got in TX. Didn't have the teriyaki for the wrapping liquid so I used worchestire along with the BBQ and the apple juice. It was delicious. Thanks bearcarver
