Looks good! I smoked one not long ago. I butterflied the loin and stuffed it with apple pie filling and cinnamon. Rolled it up, wrapped it in bacon. I love pork loins.
I've been smoking for about 2 years now. Getting better every day. Started with a Smoke-N-Grill and recently built my own with my dad. I love the new smoker and have wasted no time breaking it in. Looking forward to learning and sharing with the BBQ community.
