Alabama White Sauce
I'm from Decatur originally and know Big Bob Gibson's well (although I prefer pulled pork from Whitt's). I've been making my own Alabama White Sauce for years and the people I feed it to in Texas absolutely love it. I don't eat chicken or turkey without white sauce. If you've never had it...- kennedjt
