    Ribeye should be at least 1" thick. Coat with thin coating of EVOO then coat liberally with "Montreal" Steak Seasoning. Let sit to come up to room temperature while firing up grill. I use a Big Green Egg and let it go wide open. Once steak is at room temp and grill is at least 550 degrees...
