It's a Masterbuilt. Electric. Looks easy enough. Stick meat and wood chips. Set the temp and timer for when wanting to eat. :) I'm sure it's not going to work that way. As long as I don't burn down the house learning. -

Another new guy. Wife got me a smoker for the birthday. A friend sent me a link to this forum and said to join. I'd learn. :) And so it starts. Time to read and learn. Already love to eat. :)
