    Sub Buns

    Made some sub buns from my sourdough starter. Not shaped as I had hoped but they will work just fine. Flour used was half bread flour and half Brule Creek stone milled whole wheat flour. Need to work on shaping the buns LOL

    I have a 243cc Troy-Bilt storm which is built pretty much like every storm model and I can tell you if you ever have to take the carb off its abig pain in the butt. All the crap they have around it has to come off just to get to the two nuts holding the carb on. Not much fun when its 30 below.
