Canadian Bacon (Step by Step—2015)
I'm from Ontario, Canada, and so jealous... the price of your pork is soooooo cheap!! Wow!! Here's a few pics of my first tries at bacon.... simple, pork belly cure, and then a maple sugar coating, and smoked with Pecan and Hickory.
