    Just finishing up my first UDS. Purchased a 2 prob remote temp gauge, wondering; what do you use to seal the holes where the probs to through the barrel. Thanx

    Here's a pic of my UDS, waiting on my temp gauges. I put in 3 air intake 3/4" each, 2 are controlled with the ball valve and a capped nipple out back. Exhaust is 2 .5 pipe. Basket is 12"wx14"lx14"h

    Got a little bit more done today, added the stand. Had a couple of old wheels around off an old lawn tractor should work good for moving the smoker around.

    Starting my build

    Got a little bit more done. Added a 2" pipe nipple in centre for a clean out Added 1" valve for a grease drain Hinges Angle iron down centre to collect grease, attached to drain Haven't started any welding yet, just getting all my parts together.
