Any business owners here who work with their spouse?
Found this while browsing and wanted to add my two cents. My spouse and I learned to split decisions by category: whoever handles the work gets final say, and the other can suggest but not overrule. It cut down on a lot of friction. For joint stuff like merch, we pick three options each...- Kaijeaxn
