Is Kingsford blue still good?

Another low carb diet study
Wow, I can't imagine myself on a diet! I could even kill a mockingbird like this and grill it if I'm hungry:emoji_astonished: But sometimes it is useful to read stories and recipes about diet. Hope I would not eat poor mockingbird while I'm at the job. Meat is amazing, folks!- JudithJohnson
