Grew up in Chicago, left for the Navy and retired some 20+ years later. Since most of the Navy is in Virginia, I naturally migrated here, and with the exception of a 5 year stint back home in Chicago, I have lived here in Virginia for the last 35 years. After retirement from the Navy I ran the Foreign Military Sales program for a Defense contractor for a few years, but now sell Real Estate (Primarly in Virginia, but I have a National team). My wife and I have 9 kids - all of whom are fully grown (thankfully) and have 6 grand-kids that we love to spoil.
