new pit probe on my flame boss is reading almost 100 cooler
The old probe I had went bad so I had to buy a new one. This isn't the first time I've had quality issues with FlameBoss. The port in the control unit went bad after just a few months, they sent me TWO replacements with defective ports before finally sending me a working unit. Just...- jpete1

I ordered some new high-temp probes from the flame boss website to replace the original probes. I'm using a vision kamado and Flame Boss 200. Unfortunately without testing I threw a $50 brisket on to cook at 225. Like always I walked away trusting the flame boss to fonts job checking my phone...- jpete1
