New to smoking
Hi all, can you recommend a simple, tasty beginner meant I can smoke the day after Xmas? I have the sister-in-law coming by that day. I just purchased a new smoker and I'm eager to try it out - Rec Tec Bullseye grill. We do have a nice butchers near by with great meat... I know its probably...- josepie
