Thanks for the warm welcome guys, that rotisserie is now my new next patio investment. I'll be smoking 2 pork shoulders starting in a couple hours, really hoping for some good results. I'll get some pics up when they come out. Gonna do 250ish with apple chunks first and hickory chips later on...

Ahoy fellow smokers, I have been smoking on my Weber kettle for the past couple years and have had a few trials and tribulations and have seen a bit of success (don't ask about the brisket though.....) I have recently been allowed to get a Weber 18" SMC and I very excited to get going!
