Hello Friends
I was terrified. I also made the mistake of not having enough pellets on hand. I put the meat on the smoker at 9pm and heavily underestimated the wood pellet burn rate in the low 20 degree outside air temperatures. I ran to Lowe’s just as it opened at 6am to get more.
