I am new to smoking and trying to learn more. I have a 2016 weber performer with a slowNsear in it which is great, I also picked up and old weber performer I use for odds and ins grilling plus I have a vortex in it for stir fry and I use dutch ovens and my cast iron cookware on it and I have a 22.5 weber grill with a rotisserie and I love that.
