Oh yeah and i wanted to mention I use Lum Yai fruit wood for smoking. It is the best wood smoke flavor i have found here,I think it resembles mesquite flavor.- Joefeather

Hi. I used to live in Kent, OH. Now in rural Thailand. In this pic I am smoking slim jim type meat snacks in my homemade barrel oven.
