    Cold Smoking first try

    I use their pitmaster blend for my cheeses. I forget exactly what is mixed in but it has been very well received. I usually smoke about 30 lbs of cheese a month just for family and two friends.

    I believe I can clean them up somewhat. If they are rusty is it still safe to cook on would you replace them.

    Don't worry about that, if you cook it they will come. I seen my neighbors for the first time in months the first time I had ribs smoking. It was 20 degrees out and they were hanging on the fence.
