My cousin and I did our first whole hog for a family reunion, got just a few pics but it turned out great and everyone seemed to love it. We are now trying to find something different to do for next year. -

First time smoking salmon
Will attempt salmon for the first time this weekend. Is it best to cut the salmon or can it be left in larger pieces? Thanks. -

Just starting smoking a little last year and am doing more this year. I have a Char Griller with a side box, but have plans to make my own personalized smoker. Experimenting with all different rubs and meat. So far, nor bad. I have gotten good reviews from family. Wondering if anyone out...
