    **UPDATE** Motorized #32 Enterprise Grinder Restoration

    Ding Dong! It's the UPS man with a package from Lima Ohio, the home of "Metal Coating Company".  To increase the W.A.F. (Wife Approval Factor) I sent the grinder off to get re-tinned.  The worm gear, the body, and the ring on the end that holds the knife & grinding plate. Everything else...

    food processors that will emulsify meat for hot dogs , etc.

    Craiglist Buffalo Chopper, usually pretty expensive...  but that is what they use to emulsify meat.  A Robo-Coupe could do small batches.

    Old Motorized Grinder Find... Any advice?

    I bought some 100 grit emery cloth sandpaper sheets for the rough rust removal.. And some various grits of silicone carbide sandpaper (220, 500, 1000, 1200 grit) for to really get them right. I will tape these down on a granite topped patio coffee table and then to the "karate kid thing"...
