    Can you put coleslaw in aluminum pans? it won’t have a reaction to the aluminum ? I.E vinegar with aluminum . Does anyone else have disposable dishes they prefer for cold side dishes? Disposable bowls get expensive

    If you deliver food to customer to be reheated later in the oven. What do you use to label foil pans? Can you sharpie on top foil? Is it safe to cook with sharpie marker on it in the oven?
