Old Polak from Omaha, lived all life with a Smokehouse, Father built a red brick colonial one...twice, grandfather made one when came from Poland, I just built my first from scratch and hopefully my last to get the good stuff going again. can do 4 -30x33 racks of meat about 100lbs, or 200lbs of sausage, cold smokehouse.
