so this is the new cooker 250 gallon tank with firebox still needs paint and some trailer work but cooks like crazy lol
and to test it we cooked a pig for my son's birthdays so good after 16 hrs in the smoker 110 lbs no head and cooked perfectly. And from one of Jeff's news letter smoked...
Ok guy's been away for awhile spent 3 months building a smoker it is complete except paint. woo hoo lol

then the work begins sliced veggies,steak,sausage
then browned sausage and steak in olive oil
then mix in the veggies
then add sauce and mixand into the smoker 2.5...
