New Smoker in Central Ohio
Hi y'all, I a smoking newbie in Columbus. For Christmas I got a Weber SMC 18.5''. So far, I've done 4 smokes: 1 with good results (pork butt and chicken), 1 with awful results (brisket point), and two with decent but not great results (brisket flat and ribs).
