Happy New Years !!! So I was able to get my first smoke on today. Just did a 4 hour smoke on a chicken, Some brats and a couple of Boneless Country ribs I like to soak things in beer, so I soaked the chicken in some wonky homebrew for an hour or so, I had a bottle of porter so I put that on... -
