Masterbuilt Cold Smoker Attachment Burns chips too fast
I just got a masterbuilt cold smoker and I used it for cold smoking cheese. I put a piece of 3ft aluminum pipe for the smoke to travel in to cool the smoke off. Water Pan Use in MES 30?
I like to put apple cider vinegar in my water pan. I do it for all meats that I smoke. I don't know if it honestly makes a difference but its cheap and makes me happy.- jebsmoke
