Reverse seared tri tip
MMM-mmm.... I have a Tri-Tip on my Oklahoma Joe's off set smoker now, been on just about 2.5 hours. It is my mother's Birthday tomorrow, and we are having a little Family get together this afternoon. So I am cooking 1 of the dishes. -
