Hey Terry - I kind of assumed you were talking about Eichten's. It's a great shop, I agree. I have been to their store several times after camping along the St. Croix, or canoeing. I get their stuff from the St. Paul Farmer's market as well. It didn't come off as spamming at all, no worries! -

Welcome to another Minnesotan! It does get a little tricky with these cold temps (although today would have been a nice day to be outside with all the sun). Where did you get the Gouda? I have smoked a few cheeses, and plan on doing a lot more! -
