    Thanks guys. I actually had two in the smoker, each this size. I took some into work and now everyone want's me to smoke something for there summer parties. Business opertunity!!

    This is my second brisket. Man, I've found my calling. This is the best eatin on earth. I'm hooked. Cant' wait to do the 3rd.
