    Where do you buy your sausage seasonings?

    I make most of my own (based on books), but I do use Sausage Maker's mix for hot dogs, as I really like it. I also occassionally use their polish sausage mix. It's really good, but I add tons of fresh garlic to it. You can find their mixes here: http://www.sausagemaker.com/ Best, Trout
