Need help finding stuffer piston
I would grind twice with a smaller plate the second time. Plenty of water. I had made breakfast sausage links with Blueberry. I think the blueberries are what is causing hard cranking. They definitely are softer by the time I stuff, but they are not much smaller than the stuffing tube itself.- iowabucks

Need help finding stuffer piston
I have a Chard 5lb verticle stuffer. I found that the plastic piston has warped and won't hold a seal from using the snack stick size tube a couple times. Have to crank on it pretty hard to get the meat to go thru that one. I have sent emails out to Chard twice with no reply. Might be calling...- iowabucks

Trying to get some airflow in my Masterbuilt 30" analog smoker
