new smoker

I work at a sport store and purchased a cookout from Bruce foods. Had these at the store and with employee discount.....well you know the rest. I wanted something easy to start and learn from. This is it for me. I have smoked ribs,game hens, chicken breasts, bologna so far. I cant wait to try...

Hi, Im a new smoker and just happened to run across Jeff's website. So I thought I would join and see what comes of it. I am from Tulsa and as I said I just bought my first smoker and really enjoy it. Ribs happen to be my favorite meat so far. Am excited to use Jeff's rub.Will post more after...
