    When I was beekeeping we used alfalfa pellets in our bee smokers. Could these be used for smoking meat? Does anyone here dare try it?

    Not to sound overly cautious (paranoid), but isn't leaving rice for two days a bit risky. Especially if you leave it a couple more days afterwards to eat fresh. I know as a child we would eat rice for days after cooking, but lately I have heard it is a breeding ground for bacteria. I'm sure...
