Using a Propane Smoker
Just bought the mps 230s propane - still in seasoning mode - great tips on the cast iron pan - anyone have any ideas on getting the temp down below 300f? Got it all the way down and it’s rolling at 300 on the thermometer - putting a probe in now to see if it’s the thermo provided.- Houston Buffalo
