    Sandblasting the ceramic coating off my griddle? lol

    My griddle finish is getting a little long in the tooth. Although the ceramic coating is ok, to me the overall griddle would be perfect without it, as I prefer a regular steel griddle. I just like using metal utensils better than I like my ceramic coating so Im only left with a couple options...

    I probably should have given a little more info in my original post......sorry about that. I started with a Kamado Joe, then went up to a Primo for more space, but had to leave it with the last house because i built it into the outdoor kitchen area. SO while living in a rental and waiting...
