    So slow progress and now big disappointment just getting around to cutting my FB/cc opening and got a look at how thick cc is and it's only .03 thick is this worth my time to continue or should I find a new cc

    So thinking door hinges so any reason this wouldn't work? Have pivot point about top of magnet.

    Ok thanks guys it's only 3/16 thick and firebox is oversized not sure off hand by how much

    Firebox question. My tank I'm using for firebox isn't as thick as I would like but going with it so if I need to I'm going to insulate it, but going to try it first. If I do insulate it do I need to reconfigure the size of the box?
