Cinnamon Rolls from sourdough discard
Nice bake! I make an apple pie type filling that goes into the pan b4 rolls and the rise so you end up with a sticky roll type. Then just a light drizzle. Warm with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.- Henry Frapp

Been dabbling in sourdough, today may have been my best loaf.
Very nice !!!! Been a sourdough baker for 30 yrs mines old.. 1960 same age as me. Keep it up- Henry Frapp
