    Refrigerator smoker drip tray/heat baffle/still allow smoke flow

    I'm in the same boat (1939 Coronado fridge). I'm thinking of modeling my drip system off my old Treager. I would love any info that people have to offer. I'm also thinking of using an oven element with a pid controller and ssd relay. Thoughts?
