    Thank you Al.   So far so good.  Searching from this forum, I found a thread on the specifics of smoking briskets.  I got 4 lbs of Prime Beef briskets in the Masterbuilt right now and I'm smoking it for 6 hour.  Hey, this forum is helpful.  By the way, them prime beef are expensive.  $7.50 / lb.
