    Got a Brinkmann Dual Function for fathers day last year. Was planning on adding the side smoker this season only to find Brinkmann is out of business. Are there any side mounted fire boke that will fit or can be easily modified?

    One problem with living in the beautiful Champlain Valley is the short grilling. This however has never deterred me. Grilled Cornish game hens, or a yearly New Years Day cook out/ bonfire. Looking to branch out into smoking.
