    Hi all im new to this site but not smoking ..ive got ribs down pretty good beef jerky,eggs and spam and now im trying a brisket ! Found this site googling brisket info ! By the way im from Minnesota and its cold and snowing perfet time to smoke meat and have a few beers ! Smoke on !
