I am from Northern Ontario, I have been smoking for a few years now. I just got a smoke Hallow Tronix electric smoker. I enjoy smoking a verity of meats, cheese and herbs. I find cheese and herbs are very sensitive to heat so I got the Tronix for the cold smoke setting.
