    if the temp was good in the bird and juices are clear, then you are good to go.  Smoked poultry, either turkey or chicken, will appear to be partly cooked because of the red color.

    My wife doesn't want me to go at it with the razor blade....so I am in need of help. The kit sold to us when we brought our stove had a razor blade scraper in it, works fine, can't cut glass with a razor blade.
