My first kielbasa
I bought a smoker in Aprinl 2017. This is my first kielbasa exer no prior experience. It was good but kind of hard. I know now why. Meat was to lean and meat was ground to fine.- golem74

best wireless thermometer?
but I noticed that tp-07 shuts off if temperature is 122F for two hours. that makes it useless for cold smoking..- golem74
