Venison sticks
A processor did my deer so not sure what they used for the burger, but I plan to harvest a couple more deer in 2 weeks and will take some lean cuts and grind myself and see the difference. You May be correct and the V-burger may of had fat and that is causing that.- gillgetter

Venison sticks
My venison snack sticks turn out pretty good except I get a greasy film after taste after eating one! Kinda like in roof of mouth wax feeling. What can I change to avoid that? For every #1 of venison I use #1/4 of ground pork butt. I use commercial seasoning like hi mountain or PS and about...- gillgetter
