    Hi folks, I'm smoking some pork on a Weber kettle later this week. Charcoal + wood chunks. I plan to hold at around 250. I have a Boston butt that's about 4.75lb, and a pork shoulder that's 3.75lb. Someone told me that the two meats cook at different speeds. Any advice on how I should time...
